DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon of yoga at the museum!  Instructor\, Sara Nakai\, Batch Of Sky Yoga\, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has over 200 hours of yoga instructor training.  Sara has found yoga can improve posture\, reduce anxiety\, improve sleep\, alleviate pain\, and boost your mood and general outlook.  Sara will guide participants through a class perfect for those seeking slower and more introspective yoga practice.  Ages 16 & up.  Bring your own mat.  Registration is required.  Attendance is limited. \nPlease only register as a member if you have a museum membership to HD SOUTH.
