DESCRIPTION:HD SOUTH is partnering with AZCEND Family Resources to bring to you a program which helps families develop\, practice\, and maintain home literacy routines. Topics discussed include how to build intrinsic motivation in children\, and how to prepare the brain for reading. There will also be a weekly book bag rotation. Raising A Reader is a four-session workshop with each session being 60 minutes. Attendance at all four sessions is encouraged but not required. \nRegistration is required. \nCost: FREE
