The Book Club will meet twice a month\, and the book selection will be discussed over the course of the two sessions. Laina brings 30 years of training and experience to her classes\, providing an outstanding opportunity to learn from the best. This is a good time of year to get our bodies moving to the rhythm of great country\, Motown\, and oldies music. It’s the most fun you’ll have while exercising your body and brain too! Learn popular line dances such as Copperhead Road\, Cowboi Boogie\, Rita’s Waltz\, Old Time Rock n Roll\, All Shook Up and more. \nRegistration is required. Payment will be required when coming to the class \nCost: $60 per 6-week session or $12 drop-in.
