DESCRIPTION:Join Stuart Preston\, a Certified Sound Practitioner\, and Andrea Turnbow\, founder of The Grief Nook and a certified Grief Coach\, for a transformative session designed specifically for those who are grieving. During this workshop Stuart and Andrea will combine sound meditation with grief education\, grounding exercises and open sharing\, to create a supportive community space for those grieving a loss. Please bring a yoga mat\, blankets\, and a pillow. Ages 16 & up.
