DESCRIPTION:Meditation can provide relief from the intrusive thoughts of grief. It can also help your nervous system learn to heal with your grief. Join Stuart Preston\, certified Sound Practitioner\, in a sound “healing” session designed specifically for those grieving a loss.  Participants must bring a yoga mat\, 1-2 blankets and a pillow.
