Greet the day and start the new year off with an invigorating and reflective meditation practice. Instructor Marilynn Igleski will guide participants through a variety of meditation, including loving-kindness, mindfulness, and breath awareness. Marilynn has a 600-hour yoga certification and is certified in Yoga Nidra from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years with a primary focus on the Yoga of Well Being. Bring your own mat and water.
