When do I receive my tickets?
This is a ticketless event. Your registration is recorded and will be under the name of the purchaser.
Am I able to register the day of the event?
No, no registrations/tickets can be purchased the day of the event
Where do I park?
Please Park in the Gilbert Elementary School parking lot. Do not park in the small lot on the north side of the museum off Elliot.
Where will I enter the event?
The only entrance into the event is through the gate from the Gilbert Elementary School parking lot. You will be entering the event through the gate on the West side of the courtyard on the Museum complex. Do NOT enter though the front of the museum.
Can I take photos and video?
YES! Please make sure to bring your own phone or camera to get a picture with Santa himself!
Will the event still take place if it rains?
Yes, the event will take place rain or shine. In the chance that it does rain all activities will be moved inside the museum.
How should I dress for Breakfast With Santa?
This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly, it will be chilly! We encourage festive holiday attire.
Are pets allowed at Breakfast With Santa?
No pets allowed.
Is smoking allowed at Breakfast With Santa?
Ours is a non-smoking campus.
Will you have high chairs or booster seats available?
We will not have high chairs nor booster seats available.
I am unable to attend, can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are given for unused tickets.
