With a 200 hour certification in whole food nutrition and a 600 hour Yoga certification, instructor Marilynn Igleski will guide attendees through a path of discovery relating to increased wellness through proper food consumption and meditation. Keeping nutrition simple removes the stress and worry out of making healthier eating choices. Come learn the ways of sustainable and relaxed eating for nutritional health with yoga, meditation, and fun. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
