Meditation can provide relief from the intrusive thoughts of grief. It can also help your nervous system learn to heal with your grief. Join Stuart Preston, certified Sound Practitioner, in a sound “healing” session designed specifically for those grieving a loss. Participants must bring a yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a pillow. Please wear comfortable clothing and plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Ages 16 & up.
