Stephanie, an LMT at Willow Massage & Spa will present information on the benefits of massage therapy. She will focus on the various modalities and enhancements including hot stones, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. Stephanie has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2012 and specializes in the use of specific techniques to create a sympathetic response for the body.
