Join instructor Marilynn Igleski as she guides class participants on the power of setting personal intentions using mindfulness and meditation. Marilynn has 600-hour yoga certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years with a primary focus on the Yoga of Well Being. Open to all levels, teen through adult. Bring your own mat and water

Class sizes will be limited in order to ensure adequate physical distancing. Facial Coverings must be worn at all times. Tables/stations will be spaced at least 6 feet apart. A hand sanitizing station will be located in the room.
