Join HD SOUTH and Yoga’s Arc, Alyssa Schaeffer for an hour of yoga that will help relax participants while conditioning muscles. Enjoy the benefits of effective breathing, improved flexibility, and greater balance. This is an all-level yoga class for teens through adults. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
