Coping with stress, grief, and trauma can be difficult. In this workshop, led by Molly Schenck, you will learn how to cope with stress, grief, and trauma through a series of movements as a way to understand the responses in our bodies. Participants will be guided through movements that will leave them with the tools, practices, and reflections to help cope with stress, grief, and trauma. Molly W. Schenck is an independent performing and visual artist, and educator in the arts, health, and wellness fields, and the founding artistic director of Grey Box Collective (GBC). Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in.
