Meditation can provide relief from the intrusive thoughts of grief. It can also help your nervous system learn to heal with your grief. There is no moving on, no getting over grief, but when your mind clears, you start to mend. Join Stuart Preston, certified Sound Practitioner, in a sound “healing” session designed specifically for those grieving a loss. Participants must bring a yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a pillow. Please wear comfortable clothing and plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Ages 16 & up.
