Join AP teacher Karen Maas and her STEM students from Gilbert Classical Academy, as they share a STEM learning adventure with participants. GCA – Gilbert Classical Academy STEM HS students will be introducing a variety of STEM activities. They will be teaching 3D printing with both 3D pens and 3D printers. Beginning with CAD applications using Tinkercad, how to export to an STL format, how to convert to G-code and print. Also plug and play Makey Makey apps with fruit, and an introduction to Python coding with Texas Instrument calculators and the TI-Rover.
